Our Craftsmanship

All STACKD charms are solid 925 sterling silver and hand-painted.

What is 925 sterling silver?
925 is the highest grade of silver used in fine jewelry. The number refers to its purity; 92.5% pure silver, alloyed with 7.5% copper to give the metal the strength to be worn every day.

After casting the silver, every charm is then hand-painted. Enamel is applied directly onto the silver, one color at a time, and each color has to fully dry before the next can be added. A charm with five colors is painted five separate times, with hours of drying in between. A single STACKD charm can take days to complete.
